He was predeceased by: his parents, Den Emmett and Irene Peck Emmett. He is survived by: his wife Lena Sims Emmett; his children, Sonny Emmett (Lorrie), Benny Emmett (Rosalie), Lamar Emmett and Sandra Patterson; and his sisters, Mary Ann Roberts and Ethel Winters.
