It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Haywood Clyde (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clyde, Sr. (Bill) and Elizabeth Haywood-Clyde (Lizzie); his brother William Clyde Sr. (Billy); his aunt Carrie Lou of Washington; the mother of his children Joyce H. Clyde; and his stepfather Newt Johnson (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth W. Clyde; his children, Elaine C. Mack (Clarence), Haywood, Robain C. Watson (Jackie) and Bruce Clyde; his sister Priscilla C. Rucker; his cousin Cleo Williams (Perry); and his grandchild Seventeen. He is also survived by Seventeen Great Grandchildren, Four Great- Great Grandchildren, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and a host of friends.
