He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bowers and Larry Bowers; and his siblings, Beth Bowers Newsom and David Bowers. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Summer Bowers of Vicenza, Italy; and his brother Jeff Bowers of Gainesville Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
