He is survived by: his mother Sara Ivey Harkins of Gainesville; his wife Mary Jane Harkins of Gainesville; his daughter Candy; his son-in-law Nicholas Bolden; his children, Niki Mincey of Dawsonville and Chris; his daughter-in-law Stacey Harkins of Gainesville; his son Jody Harkins of Gainesville; and his brothers, Benny Harkins of Gainesville, Larry Harkins (Nancy) of Gainesville, Ronnie Harkins (Margaret) of Gainesville, Phillip Harkins (Shella) of Cumming and David Harkins (Sandy) of Gainesville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
