He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Frank, Jr. (Nancy), Bob (Amanda) and Elisa Cooper (Rick); and his grandchildren, Teddie Reilly (Mike), Tripp Norton (Chelsea), Emilie Cisco (Pat), Robert Norton (Cathryn), Kate Wren (Bo), Maggie Tomberlin (Shawn), Jacob Norton, Eliza Norton, Michael Cooper (Emily), William Cooper and Thomas Cooper.
