“I met David & Judy early in "a 2-3 yr time" that turned out to be a 28-year season in Gainesville. As a new Christian I was drawn to David & Judy, adult converts confident in God's sovereignty who would use those lost years for his glory. David was the biggest temptation to skip church and discuss things of God, Vietnamese friends (or any other subject) in the narthex, but as a rule follower I didn't succumb often enough ~ now I hope to "break the rules" to chat and laugh w/David in heaven.”

“In loving memory of David Maddox, I won't forget standing downtown with David as he showed me a bow he made, we were across the street and to show me how well his bow worked he shot one of his hand made arrows into the white picket fense. An amazing guy always willing to connect when I felt dismissed. Andy Someone so special will not be forgotten.”
