He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parsons Davis; his son Charles, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Marcell Davis of Gainesville; his daughter Kelly; his son-in-law James Ray of Cleveland; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Mitchell Smith of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Anastasia Davis, Samantha Ray, Heather Ray, Nickolus Peck, Jacob Peck, James Smith, Nathan Savage and Aiden Hatcher; his siblings, Clara Bell Nix of Chatsworth and Hurvey Davis of Gainesville; and his close friend Jimmy Dills of Gainesville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
