It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Collins (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on February 23, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Thomas and Margie Thomas Slater; her brother Douglas Ray Thomas; her daughter Tyra Mechelle Collins; and her granddaughter Kaitlin McEachin Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Baker of Douglasville; her children, Tammie Postell of Flowery Branch, GA, Lewis Brent Collins of Summerville, SC and Douglas Bryan Collins of Gainesville; and her grandchildren, Kirsten Rae McEachin, Jessica Godwin, Chelsea Reid, Ravin Cato, Tyler Collins, Justin Collins and Jairin Cato. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
