She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cook and Henrietta Cook; her son Fredrick Lamar Cook; her siblings, Marshall Cheeks, Virgil Cheeks, Artis Cheeks, Henry Cheeks and Patsy Ann Cook; and her grandchildren, Johnathan K. Cook, Mondale L. Trammell, Martavious J. Cook, Quantez Trammell, Jaylon Quanterrious Brany and Devin Watts.

She is survived by: her daughters, Felicia Nolan, Cicely Jeffries (Justin) of Franklin, GA and Jacqueline Rochelle Norman of Roanoke, AL; her nieces, Shirley Cook of Carrollton, GA and Shelia Dixon of Carrollton, GA; her siblings, Otis Cheeks Brown of Franklin, GA, Amos Cook (Bertha) of Franklin, GA, Quillian Garrett (Vivian) of Franklin, GA, Hewitt Jones (Pat) of Franklin, GA, Marvin Cook of Atlanta, Georgia, JayDee Cook (Clarissa) of Hogansville, GA, Fannie Delores Poole (Sonny) of Roanoke, AL and Mary Nell Cook of Franklin, GA; and her sisters-in-law, Lorene Cheeks, Bertha Cook, Pat Jones and Vivian Garrett. She is also survived by grandchildren; three (3) great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
