It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary McElwee of Fortson, Georgia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Titus and Gladys Feuer Titus; her husband Stanley McElwee; and her brother John Titus. She is survived by: her children, Scott McElwee (Monika) of Hamilton, GA, Tammy Lesh (John) of Columbus, GA and Kim Griffin (Charlie) of Fortson, GA; her siblings, James Titus (Bonnie) of Pittsburg, PA and Jane Titus of Pittsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Abbelin Rose, Andrew Lesh, Katelyn Lesh, Drake Griffin, Jaclyn Griffin, Kendall McElwee and Ashton McElwee. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Anne Catholic Church at 2000 Kay Cir, Columbus, GA 31907.
