She is survived by: her children, Shelley Frady and Randy Carter (Rebekah); her sister Doris Jeanette Raines; and her grandchildren, Meagan Frady, Jesse Carter (Taylor), Josey Carter and John Carter. She is also survived by 1 great grandson and several nieces and nephews.
