He is survived by: his children, Tammy Smith (JR), Angela Ballard (Bryan), Debbie Miller (Richard), Sandra Diamond (Jim), Natalie Bennett and Michael Weaver (Christie-Leigh); his grandchildren, Jessica, Gene Smith, Bryonna, Sierra Teal, Jonathan, Mariah, Dustin Cochran, Josh, Marrina Diamond, Ryan, Ashley, Blake, Chasity Bennett, Brayden, Brantley and Ansleigh Weaver; his sister Beckie Weaver; his aunt MaryDell Thomas; and his son-in-law Bryan Bennett.
