She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Clifton (Chub). She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Clifton; her husband Rev. Joe Watson; her sons, Nathanael Watson of Atlanta and Joshua (Hannah Watson); her sister Beth; her brother-in-law Clark Norton; her aunts and uncles, Susan Hitt, Waldo, Barbara Hitt, Richard, Ginger Clifton and Robert Hitt; and also Erik Reusink. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Memorials may be made to the LaGrange College Scholarship Fund at LaGrange College, so that her memory may support the future of young educators.
