He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cassell and Ida Cassell; and his wife Johnnie Mae Kenny Cassel. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Wilkinson and David Cassell; his grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Brandon Allen and Trenton Cassell; his great grandchildren, Austyn, Landry Allen, Hailey Barnett and Madison Hoyt; and his friend Angela Byrd.

In lieu of flowers the family requested that donations be made to.
