She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Schaile and Mary Schaile (Lowe); her husband Dr. Harold Collings Jr. (Hal); her son-in-law Russell Coleman of Appling, GA; and her sisters, Nadine Flittner (Garth) of Sandusky, OH and Phyllis Boike (Richard) of Uniontown, OH.

She is survived by: her nephews, Dr. Harold Collings and Robert Flittner of Sandusky, Ohio.; her children, Mark Merideth (Cindy) of Hoffman, IL and Deanna Coleman (Merideth) of Appling, GA; her grandchildren, Adrienne Moorhead (Travis Bottles) of Sandoval, IL, Dean Steiner (Vandora) of Stockbridge, GA and Dana Steiner of Appling, GA; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Howerton of Centralia, IL, Ethan, Avery Moorhead of Sandoval, IL, Kaiden, Charlie Steiner of Stockbridge, GA, Bill and Sarah Sandage (Trousdale) of Lexington, KY; her brother-in-law Richard Bloke of Uniontown, OH; and her nephews, Jeff Boike (Mary) of Mundelein, IL, Brad Boike (Ellen) of Kingwood, TX and Shawn Boike of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by great niece and nephews.
