He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus O'Neal and Marie O'Neal; his significant other Jim Turner; his siblings, Frances Dennis, Juanita Gilbert, Betty Smith, Gus O'Neal and Martha Mahaffey; and his niece Janice Brosious.
He is survived by: his brother Tommy O'Neal (Matthew); his nieces and nephews, Nick Amato (Elizabeth), Sharon Kline (Lester), Allan Gilbert, Chuck Mahaffey (Lisa), Angela Jenkins (Mike), Jane Key, Robert Smith, Briscoe O'Neal and Barry O'Neal; and his close friend Patrick Lamy. He is also survived by caretaker in Florida and many great nieces and nephews.
