He was predeceased by: his parents, Trammel Kilpatrick and Exa Jones Kilpatrick; his wife Margaret Jacquelyn Kennedy Kilpatrick of Epworth, GA; his daughter Margaret Ann Kilpatrick; and his brother Charles Kilpatrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacquelyne Renee Aparicio (Manuel) of Fort Myers, FL; his stepchildren, Donnie James Johnson (Irene) of Dade City, FL, Darlene Budd (Ricky), Charmane Pike (Benny) of Inverness, FL, Doris McClurg of Bushnell, FL and Timothy Sparks; his grandchildren, Kristen Ann Morgan and Joseph Lee Kisselburg, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Alayna Jacquelyne Lindley, Elijah Steed Patterson, Raylan James Morgan, Brailey Rebecca Kisselburg and Joseph Bryer Kisselburg.
