He is survived by: his wife Lydia Nell Ruis of Ellijay, GA; his children, Andrea (Lee Gibson) and Scott (Kristy Ruis); his grandchildren, Ashton Gibson, Olivia Gibson, Michaella Allen, Grey Ruis and Harper Ruis; and his sisters, Kay Rawlins of Gainesville, GA and Sharon Parker of Hahira, GA..
