He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Crews Maddux (Libby); his stepfather Dan Maddux of Ellijay, GA; his siblings, Daniel Godwin (Luciana) of Orlando, FL, John Godwin of Alpharetta, GA and Elizabeth Godwin of Ellijay, GA; his stepsiblings, Jonathan Maddux of Waleska, GA and Jocelyn Spiva (Rob) of Acworth, GA; his nieces, Rivers Spiva and Daniela Godwin; his nephew Parker Spiva; and his uncle David Nowell of Orlando, FL.. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
