He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elvin and Margaret Pelz Elvin; and his son Christopher Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Elvin; his daughters, Jaimie Elvin of Ellijay and Jennifer Deetz (Gary) of Clayton; his brother Clint Elvin; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Morgan and Logan.
