With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rick Mayfield of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eugene Mayfield and Monteal Honeycutt Mayfield; his siblings, Mary Moss and Leonard Mayfield; and his brother-in-law Jack Slep.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Mayfield; his children, Josh Mayfield (Jessica), Corey Mayfield (Martha), Eric Mayfield and Amanda Lillard (Joey); his sister Karen Slep; his sister-in-law Linda Mayfield; and his grandchildren, Alice, Heidi, Lillard, Joshua, Isabella, Katie, Bryan, Cory, Colton, Blake, Brandon, Caleb, Samuel and Savannah Mayfield.
