He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam May and Sarah Camilla Wishon of Ellijay, GA.; and his daughter-in-law Catherine May of Ellijay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice McVey May of Ellijay, GA.; his children, Rev. Sam May of Ellijay, GA., Kim, Squeak Jones of Ellijay, GA., Trina May (Michael Davis) and Cristy (Rev. Bryan Hensley); his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Jones, Linda Wikle (Loren) and Donna McVey (Kenny Fendley); and his family, Chloe Schnuphase, Natalie Hensley, Lauren Jones and Rev. Bryan Hensley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; brother.
