He was predeceased by: his parents, Bronza Howard and Odessa Brown Howard; his grandson Evan Sieli; and his siblings, Charles Howard, Bud Howard, Charlotte Hudson, Katherine Massey and Phyllis Sloope.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard; his daughters, Debra Lund and Sharon Dickson; his grandchildren, Chris Dowie, Tiffany Sieli and Heather Voss; and his daughter-in-law Thary Sieli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN or the local food pantry.
