It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Irene Maxwell of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Martin and Florence Beam (Cumming); her son David Russell Maxwell; and her sister Dorothy Beam Vanyn. She is survived by: her husband Harry David Maxwell of Ellijay, GA; her sons, Harry Denny (Kimberly Ann Maxwell), Douglas (Kathy Maxwell), Darin Scott Maxwell and Derek Shane (Melissa Maxwell); and her siblings, Sandy Beam Mason of Tampa, FL and Charles Beam of Ellijay, GA.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
