She was predeceased by: her father Clifton Smith. She is survived by: her mother Mildred Smith; her husband Wright Dwain Proctor; her daughters, Kimberly Williams, Kathy (Nello Montesi), Kristy (Eddie Pendleton) and Karen Carver (Adam Teague); and her grandchildren, Jamie Gastley (Shayleen), Zachary Gastley (Lindsey), Michael Gardner (Adria), Brian Gardner (Christy), Brittney Ayers (Matt), Joseph Montesi (Kelley), Jerry Burch (Dawn), Chelsey Gatewood (Timothy), Jennifer Piovesan, Robert Piovesan, Mathis Carver (Cheyenne), Mayson Carver (Baley Elliot) and Maddison Carver (Ben Crump). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
