He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Grady and Nellie Roberts Malphrus; and his brother Leon Malphurs. He is survived by: his children, Michael Malphrus of Beaumont, TX, Jason Malphrus (Kara) of Beaufort, SC and Natalie Hay (Kenneth) of Ridgeland, SC; and his great grandchild Sheila Owen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
