He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carolyn Lewis of Baxley; his son Barry; his daughter-in-law Lori Ann Lewis of Baxley; his siblings, Debbie Hickox of Statesboro, Pamela Shumans of Statesboro, Larry Lewis of Savannah, Lee Lewis of Savannah, Jimmy Lewis of Savannah, Ricky Lewis of Savannah, Stephen Lewis of Savannah and David Lewis of Savannah; his grandchildren, Kayla, Austin Carter and Parker Wayne Lewis; and his great grandchild Lewis Ace Carter.
