She is survived by: her husband Wallace Dowd, Jr.; her stepdaughters, Amber Turner (Justin) of Hahira, GA and Lindsay Miller (Elmer) of Brooklet, GA; and her brothers, Timothy Harwood of Mt. Pleasant, NC and Joseph Harwood (Belinda) of Mt. Pleasant, NC. She is also survived by two step-grandsons; two nieces and one nephew.
