He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry, Margaret Stanfield and Nellie Howell. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Edward Howell, Sr. of Ellabell and Renee Stanfield Howell; his pet Bailey; his wife Raisa Millares Howell of Ellabell; his sister Jenna Howell (Josh Phillips) of Ellabell; his nephew Jace Phillips; his grandparents, Clyde and Hilda Howell of Ellabell; and his parents-in-law, Carol and Don Williamson of Winterville, GA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
