He is survived by: his wives, Joyce Olsson Creel and Callie Bolen Creel; his daughter Tammy Sue Carter of Brooklet, Georgia; his stepdaughters, Brandi Jones and Amanda Lynn; his grandchildren, Heather Carter, Franklin Carter and Michael Carter; his great grandchildren, Lanie Kate Marrero, Sawyer Marrero and Logan Lynn; and his sisters, Virginia Rogers (Clifton), Patsy Weatherford and Sarah Wilds. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
