He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Atkinson; his son Dennis James Atkinson, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kimberly; his granddaughters, Shealynn Marie and Amberie Haze; his daughter Christina Denise Atkinson; his son-in-law Dallas Lee Henderson; his daughter Amanda Marie Kuntz; his son-in-law John Kuntz; his son Timothy James Ruff II; his father Theodore James Atkinson; and his siblings, Stevon Atkinson (Vicky), Tomme Atkinson, Tabatha A. Bolton and Robina A. Ruff.
