She was predeceased by: her mother Eunice Tate; and her spouse Hezekiah Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Dempsey (Tony) of Elberton, GA, Yvette Lewis, Kelly Lewis of Elberton, GA and Roderick Lewis of Elberton, GA; her grandchildren, Christy Lewis of Augusta, GA, Santana Lewis of Elberton, GA, Melvin Staley of Lithonia, GA and Naziyah Lewis of Hull, GA; her great grandchildren, Armonii Blu Davis of Elberton, GA, Rafael D. Davis, Jr. of Elberton, GA and Camila Celine Staley of Douglasville, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Lewis (Geneva) of Gainesville, GA, Tom Bell Lewis of Gainesville, GA and Elma Blackwell of Gainesville, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
