We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2023, at the age of 79, Stella Smith Angel of Elberton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Smith and Annie Julia Tiller Smith; and her husband Robert Angel. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Angel Shirley; and her son-in-law Henry Shirley.
