He is survived by: his mother Mildred Elizabeth Watkins; his significant other Debbie Gilstrap; his children, Kathy Waters and Malina Jones (Randall); his siblings, Michael Watkins, Marilyn Wainscott, Peggy Mercado and Crystal Johnson (Jason); and his nieces and nephews, Wendy Watkins, Kaitlyn Johnson, Allison Miskinis, Katelyn Miskinis, Jessica Johnson, Craig Jordan, Nick Mercado, Terry Brantley, Jacob Johnson and Hayden Johnson.
