She was predeceased by: her father S. A. Hamm; and her sister Annie Ruth Almond. She is survived by: her mother Baby Ruth Hamm; her significant other Claude Burton; her children, Damarcuris Kayon Hamm, Nancy Burton, Claude Buton Jr. and Quincy Burton; her nephew Dallas Almond Jr.; her niece Tandra Mitchell (Romie); her great-nephews, Daltavion Almond and London Mitchell; her great-niece Harper Mitchell; her uncle Rathia Moon (Earlene); her brother-in-law Dallas Almond Sr.; and her goddaughter Gekera Ardister.
