She is survived by: her stepfather Cornell Brown; her son Carl Huff; her grandson Jeremy; her children, Mary Delois Newman (Thomas), Catherine Huff, Carolyn Chambliss and Rev. Easter Leverette; her stepchildren, Joni Gaston and Lorenzo Franklin Leverette; her grandchildren, Stergen Newman (Kathleen), Toby Huff, Quatrita Chambliss, Latoya Chambliss, Carl Demarcus Huff (Alexis), Michael D. Huff (Raychale) and Benjamin Orlando Thornton; her uncle Floyd Beasley; her sister-in-law Beatrice Brown; her children-in-law, Shawney Huff and Johnnie Andrews; and her niece Patricia Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
