He was predeceased by: his parents, Cade Cleveland and Anne Burriss Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Lounell Snelgrove Cleveland of Elberton; his sons, David Russell Cleveland (Donna) of Elberton and Mark Allen Cleveland of Elberton; and his granddaughter Anna Cleveland Cervantes (Jose).
