She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey and Lucille Bridges Brock; and her siblings, Larry, Don, George, David, Jack, Jane and Myrtle.
She is survived by: her husband John Mitchell; her sons, Johnny (Lisa Mitchell), Billy (Wanda Mitchell), Brock (Amber Mitchell) and Ray (Hannah Mitchell); and her siblings, Melvin Brock of Easley, SC, Willie Miller of Whitmire, Grace Bradley of Whitmire, Linda Brock of Whitmire, Jean Alewine of Whitmire and Anne Smith of Easley, SC. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
