She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Wacaser Thompson and Patrick Henry Thompson; and her siblings, Bessie Thompson Williams, Olin Fletcher Thompson, Patrick Henry Thompson, Hazel Thompson Sanders and Robert Oree Thompson.
She is survived by: her former husband Cecil Tanner; her husband Joseph Harry Timmons; her stepson Joseph Robert Timmons; her pet Angel Victoria Timmons; her grandchildren, Shawna Timmons Lagasse (Philip), Joseph Timmons (Michelle) and Kristine Timmons Erving (Ryan); and also Helyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
