She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Clark; her parents, Rastus Hendrix, Sr. and Susie James Miley; and her sister Judy Hendrix McLamb. She is survived by: her brother Rastus Hendrix, Jr.; her half-brother Floyd Hendrix; her son Daniel Fields; her stepdaughters, Amanda Scoggins, Miranda Smith and Brandi Harwood; and her close friend Rhonda Scott. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the American Cancer Society.
