He was predeceased by: his father Peter Williams, Jr.; his daughters, Brenda Williams and Wendy Powell; his brother Ezekiel Williams; and his siblings-in-law, David Humphries Robert Hargrove, Willie Lee Little and Rosie Little Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Little Williams; his children, Ronny, Marlene, Charles and Gloria; his siblings, Daniel Williams and Annie Ruth Williams Humphries; his siblings-in-law, Charlie Little, Dan McMullen (Willie Evans), Leila Williams, Janie Williams, Rosa Hargrove and Lillie Little Brown; and his grandchildren, Saressa, Wykeshia, Akkeilah, JaQuana, Quanterykah, Briana and Zakyrah. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
