He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Holder; his children, Jim Edward Holder, Jody Lee Holder (Leslie) and Wendy Celeste Lukes (Gary); and his sister Brenda Davis. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren.
