He was predeceased by: his father Allen Harper; and his son John Eric Harper. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Harper of Eatonton and Rhonda White of Eatonton; his sister Loretta Lipsey of Gray; his grandson Jay Michael White (Ashley); his nephew Derek Lipsey (Leslie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mason, Lane and Kinsey Lipsey.
