She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond James Elfers and Elizabeth Reddick Elfers; and her husband Robert Lee Vines. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Hill (Thomas) of Gaithersburg and Judy Vines (Laura Miller) of Eatonton, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Hill, Karen Hill and Andrew Hill.
The family requests that donations be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
