He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jackson Maddox and Dorothy Howell. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Derrick Maddox of Atlanta, Jason Maddox (Marcie) of St. Simons, Chris Maddox (Sara) of Atlanta, Georgia and Taylor Maddox of Idaho; his granddaughter Addison Maddox of Boston, Massachusetts; and his sisters, Eve Robinson of Atlanta and Carol Maddox of Macon, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
