He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Woodrow Tucker Sr. and Peggie Gibson Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Lisa T. Charles (Chris) of Comer, GA, Kevin A. Tucker of Athens, GA and Kenneth D. Tucker (Laurel) of Milledgeville, GA; his brother C. Allen Tucker (Linda) of Isle; his stepdaughters, Barbara Hill and Teresa Hardie; his grandchildren, Katherine, Kevin, Anna Grace and Aden; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Jake, George and Andrew. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
