It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Danforth (Eastman, Georgia), born in Adel, Georgia, who passed away on May 4, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ruby Sumner; and his siblings, Rosemary Crosby and Johnny Danforth. He is survived by: his wife Nora Danforth of Eastman; his children, Cathy Maxwell (Durham) of Hartsfield, William C. Danforth (Beth) of Valdosta and Robert W. Danforth (Sophia) of Eastman; and his brother Larry Danforth (Jan) of Perry. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
