We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2023, at the age of 82, Elvina Young Hardy (East Point, Georgia), born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tesha Banks Benham and Clay Young (Theodore Benham Sr.); her daughter Brenda Jozette Davis; her siblings, Julia Ersery and Charlie Benham; and her cousin Bruce Banks (James Cohill).

She is survived by: her children, Glenda Hardy Rockett, David, Kathy Hardy, Nathaniel Davis, LaTonia Geter (Ra'Shard) and Brent Davis (Gretchen); her grandchildren, Tiffaney Hardy, Nathaniel Johnson Jr., Tesha, Princess, Diamond, Clay Hardy, Daris, Nalexus, Nevin Palmer, BreAnda Davis, Nya Geter and Ra'Shard Geter Jr.; and her siblings, Mable Ersery, Leola Johnson, Thelma Benham and Theodore Benham Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She participated in the Foster Grandparents program for 17 years where she donated her time to several schools around Saginaw, MI.
