He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mamie Lou Carter and David L Keel; his great-grandparents, Odessa Moss and Eddie Moss, Sr.; his aunt Sheila Hernandez; his uncles, Henry Carter, Bennie Carter and Gregory Moss, Sr.; his great-uncles, Eddie Moss, Jr. and Preston Lee Moss; his great-aunt Odessa Moss Gilmore; and his cousin Richard Carter.
He is survived by: his parents, Oletha Carter and Richard Moss; his grandmother Gloria Moss Jones; his aunts and uncles, Albert Little of Dublin, Dr. Timothy Moss (Esther) of Warner Robins, Kenneth Jones (Kristi) of Stockbridge, Christopher Jones of Dublin, Tamela Jones of Atlanta, Sabrina Moss of Augusta Georgia, Ollie M. Gender of New York, Oletha Carter Stinson of Atlanta and Doris Cowan of North Carolina; his close friend Thomas White, III of Dublin; and his godparents, Wallace and Cynthia Lemons. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
