He is survived by: his wife Vivian Phillips Foskey; his children, Rhonda Foskey (Mike Tanner), Janilene Clark of Lothair, GA and Jessica Duden (Jason) of Soperton, GA; his grandchildren, Hunter, Allissia, Havin, Maddison, DaLanie and Tenley; and his great grandchildren, Ashton and Carson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
